Shipping Policy

We ship within the UK for a small shipping fee to cover costs.

We also ship worldwide, shipping fees are still kept as low as possible. Please add the item to the basket and key in your address for accurate shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

If on the small chance you are not completely happy with your purchase then you can return your item for a full refund. The item has to be returned in its original condition, unmarked and no labels should be removed. Please email returns@sneakeralphabet.com with your order number and we will send you a return form. We do not cover the cost of postage to return the item back to us.
